According to the indictment allegations, in July 1998, ......., at the time soldier of the KLA unit under the command of ............., engaged - together with 34 other members of the same unit - in a series of acts against Serb civilians, specifically the following: destruction of property and religious structures; expulsion; unlawful arrests; torture and injuries to bodily integrity; rape; and killing of 8 persons.
