ANNOUNCEMENT

On 10 September 2025, the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes issued an order to conduct an investigation against H.H. for the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population under Article 142, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the FRY in complicity in connection with Article 22 of the same law. The suspect is in custody ordered by the Higher Court in Belgrade.
