Court passes first instance judgment in Hrasnica case

Acting upon an indictment raised by the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor, the War Crimes Department - part of the Higher Court in Belgrade passed its first instance judgment in the case against Husein Mujanović for crimes committed in village Hrasnica, BH during 1992. Defendant Mujanović was found guilty of the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) of the FRY Criminal Act and sentenced to 10 (ten) years in prison.
