First-instance verdict against Dalibor Krstović for the Kalinovik B-H war crime announced.

According to an indictment brought by the OWCP of the Republic of Serbia, the High Court in Belgrade - War Crimes Department, in a retrial, issued a verdict in which Krstović, Dalibor, as a member of the Army of the Republika Srpska, during the non-international armed conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina in August 1992, together with another unknown ARS member in the elementary school in Kalinovik which harbored illegally captured civilians, committed rape against a woman of Bosniak nationality, for which he was sentenced to 9 (nine) years in prison, for the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population from Article 142.1 of the CC of the FRY.
