THE FIRST INSTANCE VERDICT IN THE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE ACCUSED GOJKO LUKIĆ AND OTHERS WAS ANNOUNCED AND PUBLICLY ANNOUNCED (ŠTRPCI)

In the criminal proceedings conducted under the indictment of the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes, the Higher Court in Belgrade - War Crimes Department on 14 October 2025. rendered and publicly announced the verdict declaring the following guilty:

- the accused Gojko Lukić, Duško Vasiljević and Dragana Đekić for committing the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population under Article 142, paragraph 1, in complicity in connection with Article 22 of the Criminal Code of the FRY, whereby the accused Gojko Lukić and Duško Vasiljević were sentenced to 10 years in prison each, and the accused  Dragana Đekić was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
