FIRST INSTANCE VERDICT IN THE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE ACCUSED TEFIK MUSTAFA PUBLICALLY ANNOUNCED

In the criminal proceedings conducted according to the indictment of the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes, the Higher Court in Belgrade - Department for War Crimes, on 28 February 2025 issued and publicly announced the verdict in which Tefik Mustafa was found guilty of the criminal offense of organizing and inciting genocide and war crimes from Article 375 paragraph 4 in connection with paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code. Mr Mustafa was sentenced to a prison term of 1 (one) year.
