The first-instance verdict for war crime in the territory of the Teslić, B-H, municipality announced

According to the indictment of the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes of the Republic of Serbia, the Higher Court in Belgrade - War Crimes Department has issued a verdict acquitting Nebojša Mirović of the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population under Article 142, para 1 of the CC of the FRY, committed during the summer of 1992 in the territory of the municipality of Teslić, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
