Indictment filed for crimes in the municipality of Bosanski Novi/Novi grad

The Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia has filed an indictment against Ž. N. and M. K. due to reasonable suspicion that as co-perpetrators they had committed the criminal offense of war crime against civilians under Article 142, para 1 in connection with Article 22 of the CC of FRY.

The indictment covers the events of June 22, 1992 on the territory of the municipality of Bosanski Novi/Novi Grad, in the villages of Maslovare, Alići and Ekići.
