Indictment filed for crimes on the territory of the Srebrenica municipality

The Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor has filed an indictment against M. Ž. due to reasonable suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense of war crimes against civilians under Article 142, para 1 of the CC of FRY.

The indictment covers the events of July 1995 in the Srebrenica municipality.
