Indictment raised for crimes carried out in the Foča municipality

The OWCP of the Republic of Serbia filed an indictment against V.D., due to the existence of justified suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population under Article 142 (1) of the CC of the FRY.

The indictment covers the events of 18 August 1992 in Brod na Drini, Foča municipality.
