NOTICE

The acting Chief Public Prosecutor for War Crimes, Dušan Knežević, on 4 September 2024 met with the Chief Prosecutor of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals in The Hague, Serge Brammertz, during his working visit to the Republic of Serbia.

The topics of the meeting were related to regional cooperation, the issue of missing persons, the cases that the OTP of the IRMCT has transferred to this Public Prosecutor's Office, as well as other issues related to the prosecution of war crimes in the Republic of Serbia, all as part of the preparations for the regular report that the OTP submits to the UN Security Council on a semi-annual basis.
