NOTICE

The Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes on 16 October 2024 submitted to the Higher Court in Belgrade, Department for War Crimes, indictment Kto no. 4/2024 against A.G. for confirmation, due to the existence of justified suspicion that, together with several unknown persons, during 1999 on the territory of the AP Kosovo and Metohija, in relation to the injured persons of Serbian nationality, he had committed the criminal offense of war crime against the civilian population from Article 142 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the FRY in co-perpetration in relation to Article 22 of the same Law.
