NOTICE

The Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes on 1 November 2024 submitted to the Higher Court in Belgrade, Department for War Crimes, a request to confirm indictment Kto no. 5/2024 against Dj.K. due to the existence of justified suspicion that, together with several unknown persons, during 1999 on the territory of the AP Kosovo and Metohija, he had, in relation to  persons of Serbian nationality, committed the criminal offense of a war crime against the civilian population from Article 142 para 1 of the Criminal Code of the FRY in co-perpetration in accordance with Article 22 of the same Law.
