NOTICE

THE MEETING OF THE CHIEF PROSECUTORS OF THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE FOR WAR CRIMES OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA AND THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA HELD

The meeting of acting Chief Public Prosecutor of the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes of the Republic of Serbia Dušan Knežević and Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milanko Kajganić was held in Belgrade on 13 November 2024. 

Discussed at the meeting were the strengthening of mutual cooperation and activities in the fight against impunity for war crimes, as well as solving the problem of the unavailability of suspects and persons accused for war crimes.

Also discussed was providing support to witnesses in war crimes cases, who travel from one country to another for the purpose of testifying, in order to make this process as easy and quick as possible.
