NOTICE

On 6 December 2024, the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes submitted for confirmation to the Higher Court in Belgrade, the War Crimes Department, indictment Kto no. 8/2024 against Š.Š. due to the existence of justified suspicion that during 1999, on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija and in relation to injured persons of Serbian nationality, he had committed the war crime against the civilian population under Article 142 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the FRY.
