The Office of the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor raised an indictment for the crimes committed in the area of Brčko, BH on 20 June 1992. According to the indictment allegations, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the aforementioned crimes amount to the criminal offence recognised by article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) of the FRY Criminal Act.
