OWCP brings charges for crimes in Rudice, KM

The Office of the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor raised an indictment against NM on suspicion of involvement in the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) re article 22 (co-perpetration) of the FRY Criminal Act. Тhere are reasonable grounds to believe that NM engaged in a series of crimes against civilians in village Rudice, municipal area of Klina, AP Kosovo-Metohija in June and July 1995.

The Prosecutor also proposed that the accused should be remanded in custody awaiting trial.
