OWCP brings charges for Ključ crimes

On 20 November 2018, the Office of the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor raised an indictment (ref. KTO-8/18) against Ž.M. for his involvement in the incidents which took place in the area of Ključ, BH in late May 1992. According to the Prosecutor's charges, there are reasonable grounds to believe that Ž.M. committed the criminal offence recognised by article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) of the FRY Criminal Act.
