The OWCP brings charges for a war crime against civilian population, committed in Gornje Nerodimlje, Uroševac, in June 1999

The Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor has issued an indictment (ref. KTO. no. 9/18, dated 27/12/2018) against R.M. for the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) in re article 22 of the FRY Criminal Act. Originally coming from AP Kosovo-Metohija, R.M. has been accused of involvement in incidents that took place in village Gornje Nerodimlje, municipality Uroševac in June 1999.
