OWCP hosts regional prosecutors' conference in Belgrade

Тhе regional prosecutors' conference on Cooperation, Benchmarks and Standerds in the Prosecution of War Criminals started in Belgrade earlier today. The conference will address the following topics: cooperation of regional prosecution services with the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT); cooperation between regional prosecution services; strengthening of regional cooperation in war crimes prosecutions; search for missing persons; and investigation / criminal prosecution of conflict-related sexual violence as international crime. The event is being attended by IRMCT Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz, BH Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić, Montenegrin Special Prosecutor Lidija Vukčević, Croatian Deputy Chief State Prosecutor Jasmina Dolmagić, as well as Croatian deputy county prosecutors and BH deputy cantonal prosecutors.
