Prosecutor brings charges for a 1991 war crime against civilians in v. Bogdanovci, Croatia

On 30 January 2018, the War Crimes Prosecutor raised an indictment in case KTO no. 1/18, addressing an incident which took place in village Bogdanovci, Croatia on 11 November 1991. The accused, B. S., is suspected of committing the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) of the FRY Criminal Act.
