PROSECUTOR BRINGS CHARGES AGAINST ŠTRPCI SUSPECTS

On 26 October 2017, the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor filed a new indictment with the War Crimes Department - part of the Higher Court in Belgrade. Charges in case KTO-1/15 have been brought against former members of the Republic of Srpska's armed force, namely G. L, Lj. V., D. V., J. L. and D. Đ. The five have been reasonably suspected of joint involvement in the criminal offence under article 142(1) (war crime against civilian population) in re article 22 of the FRY Criminal Act. 

The Indictment covers the events of 27 February 1993, which took place in villages Štrpci, Prelovo and Mušići, Bosnia-Herzegovina.
