Prosecutor brings charges for a war crime against civilians in Bosanska Krupa in August 1992

On 26 December 2017, the War Crimes Prosecutor raised an indictment in case KTO br.4/17, against J. P. and Z.N., on suspicion of involvement in the criminal offence under article 142 (war crime against civilian population) of the FRY Criminal Act.
