Prosecutor brings charges for a war crime against civilians in Caparde in June 1992

On 26 December 2017, the War Crimes Prosecutor raised an indictment in case KTO no. 3/17, against D. M., on suspicion of involvement in the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) of the FRY Criminal Act.
