Prosecutor brings charges for a war crime against a prisoner of war in village Kožuhe, Doboj, in early May 1992

On 03 August 2018, the War Crimes Prosecutor raised an indictment against N. S. (case KTO 3/18), on suspicion of the criminal offence under article 144 (war crime against prisoners of war) of the FRY Criminal Act.
