The Prosecutor brings an indictment for a 1992 war crime against civilian population in Sarajevo

The Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor has brought an indictment (ref. KTO. no. 10/18, dated 24/12/2018) against H.M. for the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) of the FRY Criminal Act. A BH citizen, H.M. has been accused of involvement in incidents that occurred in Sarajevo during 1992.
