Prosecutor files proposal with WCD regarding Srebrenica case (K Po2 8/15)

In a letter dated 25 July 2017, the President of the War Crimes Department - part of the Higher Court in Belgrade advised the War Crimes Prosecutor's Office that the Prosecutor's Motion for continuation of criminal proceedings, filed on 17 July 2017, was incomplete.

In her submission to the Belgrade Higher Court's War Crimes Department (WCD), filed on the same day pursuant to article 43 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the War Crimes Prosecutor proposed that the WCD refer the relevant case files (ref. K Po2 8/15) to the WCD War Crimes Chamber, which should render its decision regarding the Prosecutor's Motion.
