PUBLIC NOTICE

The War Crimes Public Prosecutor's Office issued an order to conduct an investigation against Mustafa Tefik for the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population under Article 142 para. 1 of the Criminal Code of the FRY.

The questioning of the suspect is underway in the premises of the WCPPO.
