War Crimes Prosecutor brings charges for Bogdanovci crimes

Тhe Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor raised an indictment (KTO no. 1/18 of 21 December 2018) against B.S. from Osečina related to his involvement in the incidents which took place in village Bogdanovci, Croatia on 11 November 1991. According to the Prosecutor's charges, there are reasonable grounds to believe that B.S. committed the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) of the FRY Criminal Act.
