Pursuant to its Ruling K Po2-6/18 of 05/02/2019, the War Crimes Department - part of the Higher Court in Belgrade dismissed the OWCP Indictment (ref. KTO 5/18) of 14/09/2019.

The Court found that the grounds for dismissal of indictment prescribed by article 416 (1.3) of the Criminal Procedure Code existed in this case, given that the accused, BB, suffered from a mental disorder which permanently impaired his ability to stand trial.
