Pursuant to the provisions of Article 47, paragraph 1 of the Law on Providing International Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, we hereby amend the confirmed indictment of the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Doboj T15 0 KTRZ 0023850 17 dated 6 February 2017, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, by filing an indictment based on Article 43, paragraph 2, count 5, Article 331, paragraphs 1 and 2, and Article 332 of the Criminal Procedure Code and Articles 3 and 4, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Organization and Competence of State Bodies in War Crimes Proceedings against the following:
