Pursuant to the provisions of Article 47.1 of the Law on International Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, and on the basis of Article 331.1 and 2 and Article 332 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and in connection with Article 43.3 (5) of the Criminal Procedure Code and Article 3 and Article 4 of the Law on the Organization and Competence of State Authorities in War Crimes Proceedings, I am taking over the prosecution based on the confirmed indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina no. T 20 0 KTRZ 0017014 19 from 5 March 2019, confirmed on 29 April 2019, and I am editing it according to the laws of the Republic of Serbia, so that it reads as follows:
