Background facts |
According to the indictment allegations, the accused, AA, aided and abetted by three other suspects, engaged in the killing of three Bosnian Muslims in an incident that occurred in Prijedor, BH in March 1994. Specifically, AA - at the time member of the Republic of Srpska's reserve police force - threw a bomb on the victims' family home, whereupon he broke inside and killed the remaining survivors. |

Three persons specified in the indictment as the crime co-perpetrators were prosecuted before a BH court and sentenced to prison terms ranging from 10 to 20 years.
