Court passes first instance judgment for Rejzovići crimes

On 24 September 2019, the Higher Court in Belgrade - War Crimes Department passed a first instance judgment (ref. K.Po2 1/18) in the case addressing a series of crimes committed in village Rejzovići, BH throughout November 1992. The court sentenced defendant VV to two years in prison for the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) in re article 22 of the FRY Criminal Act.
