  • As of 23 March 2020, visits to the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor will not be permitted.

 

  • During the state of emergency, parties interested in the status of OWCP cases will be able to receive relevant informattion exclusively by phone no. 011 308 26 50, which will be available from 09:00 to 12:00 hrs. Beside the case status, such information may refer to procedural actions where parties are required to attend.  

  • As from 23 March 2020, parties to and other participants in proceedings may file their written submissions exclusively by post or email at kabinet@trz.org.rs


Following 23 March 2020, submissions will be received solely in relation to urgent matters where preclusive periods have been prescribed for certain procedural actions. Such submissions may be filed through the reception desk, where access will be allowed to controlled numbers of persons wearing their own personal protection equipment (masks and gloves).
