Meeting of War Crimes Prosecutor Snežana Stanojković with the Chief Prosecutor of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milanko Kajganić

On 3 November 2022, a working meeting of War Crimes Prosecutor Snežana Stanojković and Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milanko Kajganić with their associates was held at the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The main topics of the meeting were related to the criminal prosecution of cases in which the two Prosecutor’s offices implement cooperation and communication, exchange of information and evidence as well as other procedures.

During the meeting, the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor’s Office Snežana Stanojković and Chief Prosecutor of the B-H Prosecutor's Office Milanko Kajganić signed an Agreement on Understanding and Cooperation in the field of supporting witnesses, injured parties and victims for their participation in the criminal proceedings for war crimes.

The agreement will facilitate communication with witnesses, the organization of their testimonies, as well as other activities that are directly related to the activities of injured persons in war crimes cases.

During the visit and working meeting of the prosecutors, they also discussed help and assistance in cases in which the two Prosecutor’s offices are already communicating and cooperating.
