OWCP signs Protocol of Cooperation with MoI Protection Unit

On 6 July 2017, War Crimes Prosecutor Snežana Stanojković and Minister of the Interior Nebojša Stefanović signed the Protocol of Cooperation. This Protocol prescribes the operational and communicative procedures between the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor and Protection Unit - part of Serbia's Ministry of the Interior in the implementation of the following: Emergency Measures towards participants in criminal proceedings and thereby related persons; and Protection Programme for such persons, as envisaged by the Act on the Protection of Participants in Criminal Proceedings.
