PROSECUTOR FILES MOTION TO CONTINUE SREBRENICA PROCEEDINGS

On 17 July 2017, the War Crimes Prosecutor filed a motion with the Belgrade Higher Court's War Crimes Department, requesting the continuation of criminal proceedings upon the indictment (ref. KTO-2/15) for the criminal offence under article 142 (1) (war crime against civilian population) in re article 22 of the FRY Criminal Act. The indictment addresses the incidents which took place in Srebrenica throughout the month of July 1995.
