Pursuant to the provisions of Article 47, paragraph 1 of the Law on International Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, and on the basis of Article 331, paragraphs 1 and 2 and Article 332 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and Articles 3 and 4 of the Law on Organization and competences of state authorities in war crimes proceedings, the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia has taken over the prosecution based on the confirmed indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and processed it according to the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
